  1000x better than the Dalton location. Friendly workers, drinks were made quickly and tasted great. They even offered a pup cup which my baby thoroughly enjoyed.

  *** people complaining about ordering less ice and it not filling the cup need to look at the Dunkin app**** it clearly states that less ice will NOT fill up the cup. It’s not a THIS store thing. I wish people would be understanding when a new place opens, that it takes time and actual experience to train employees so it can run as smoothly as a well established location. That being said, I have had nothing but great experiences here and I am really happy Dunkin came to chatsworth! I was driving to Dalton to get my Dunkin. I like the manager who came from Dalton. she’s the best and always super friendly!

  not only was my sandwich cold and soggy, when I asked if they could warm it up they rolled their eyes and said “we don’t do that.” also ordered a refresher and it was so watered down i could hardly taste the flavor. for a new dunkin, i expected more than this. i will be going to calhoun dunkin from now on

  Went in and asked for a coffee with light ice. Man behind counter had so much attitude about not putting coffee cream in the cup, and then the coffee was half filled. I told them I’d appreciate if they filled it up next time, and they rolled their eyes and said it’s because I asked for light ice. I’ve worked at Dunkin before myself, and that kind of treatment towards customers would not fly at my location. Yesterday, I ordered 6 donuts and a drink, and it took 25 minutes for me to receive my order. I’ll be going to a different coffee shop from now on.

  We just came in and got two drinks both with less ice and one of our drinks was half filled and the cashier guy was giving so much push back on the refresher worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to and when the drinks were being made they were talking crap about the drinks and were laughing that the drink was half filled and said it’s because of less ice that isn’t customer service that’s a good way push people away to another coffee shop
