  Awful customer service my last visit. The biggest problem with having a successful restaurant business is customer service and management. I was ordering and wa ted to pay separately for each order ( thats a normal thing to do right) the day before mo problem but this night the person at the drive through immediately said " we can't do that!" very quickly as if he was expecting me to ask for separate orders. This was not the first time I experienced u professionalism particularly on the i guess evening or night shift. I saw them back in dec 2025 having a full blown group argument whole customers were in the store( that day I chose not to order) I expect eventually this tacobell will either be closed or bought by a new owner and restructured. I will never return to this taco bell on savoy drive in chamblee. Sad part was I was working a project and that was the only reason I was coming to that store. They were a great disappointment.. honest review

  Well, I had not been to Taco Bell in ages because of some negative experiences at another location in the past. Today, I had an awesome experience. First, Taco Bell sent me a $5 off my next meal to my email address. I ordered food through the app and just as they said, my $5 reward was on the app. I made my order for pick up via the drive thru. I want to say..the app is outstanding. It allowed me to customize items and there was even a Happy Hour sale where you get drinks for $1. As I pulled up to the drive thru menu, I could hear a wonderfully pleasant male voice speaking to the car in front of me. The employee was kind, efficient, and professional. This is the service you see on tv, and I knew this would be a great experience. When it was my turn, the employee was super amazing. I pulled up to the window after checking in in the app, and my fresh food and drink was handed to me with a smile. The food was hot and the drink was icy and dare I say, it was good! Great experience at this location. I am inspired to make Taco Bell my favorite fast food place again like it was years ago. Thank you Taco Bell.

  Waited in the drive through after 40 minutes they told me they didn’t have my order then all of a sudden had my order. I asked if had been waiting for 40 minutes and the manager said it was just made. Food was stone cold, I told her and she got mad and yelled at her people to make a new order. When I got it I’m sure there was spit in one of the tacos. Solid rate 0 if possible. Always a bad experience here at night.
