  Just purchased a daves double!!! Its early and I received old fries with an old smelly burger. I cant even eat this!!! And it is cold!!

  I’ll start by saying I’ve worked in every aspect of food service. Truly awful experience in the drive thru. They have the new AI attendant which seems to get things right. When we pulled up to the window we were asked to pull into a parking spot. That’s great…. It means I will get fresh hot food. Then we waited for fifteen minutes without anyone acknowledging us…. Now we get back in line in the drive thru and watch as several bags get handed to guests and then handed back incorrectly. Finally, after another 10 minutes, we make it back to the window. We show them our receipt, and they looked totally clueless. Here comes the best part….. We were then asked to pull forward but only to the door….. Waited long enough to get honked at and had to move to a parking spot. At this point I asked if I could use the restroom and was told no. 45 min down the drain. Food was cold, which after so much time seems impossible. I wish there were negative stars. After a hard days work in fine dining this is pitiful.

  Some of the laziest workers I have EVER came across will tell you stuff Is out of stock or they don’t serve it anymore just so they don’t have to go get it . Then will best you getting mad if you say something about it . Like asking them anything is an inconvenience to them . So they don’t serve Wendy’s signature sauce ? Mind you if you go on a day someone ACTUALLY does there job they will just give it to you . One time they charged me extra because I said I had just came yesterday so I know they have it now all of a sudden it’s .45 ??

  3 people in the store but there's only one working the other two young people looking and acting lost .The only one knew what to do was the cook. Sad and yes my order was cold and wrong. Wendy's never again Im DONE.I understand young people need a job but when they are LAZY/ SORRY THEY NEED NOT APPLY FOR WORK.

  For what it is (fast food) - great Wendy's. Consistently high food score, remodeled inside, Coke Freestyle usually had all flavors in stock, and staff is quick.
