Working in customer service myself, I understand how tough it can be dealing with difficult customers, so I always try to bring some light to people’s day. As I was placing my order, the gentleman immediately cut me off, saying, “Before we can continue this order, you need to speak up.” So I spoke up. But even as I continued my order, he kept interrupting me and asking what I wanted before I could even finish speaking. Then, when I got to the window to pay, he snatched my phone to use Apple Pay and handed it back with an attitude. When I received my food and began checking it, he slammed the window shut without a simple “thank you” or “have a nice day.” Sure enough, when I inspected my food further, it was completely wrong — and the way it was made was unacceptable (see photo). 0/10 would NOT recommend. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine — but please, find another one. No one forced you to work at Wendy’s, my love. This location will never see me again.
