Working in customer service myself, I understand how tough it can be dealing with difficult customers, so I always try to bring some light to people’s day. As I was placing my order, the gentleman immediately cut me off, saying, “Before we can continue this order, you need to speak up.” So I spoke up. But even as I continued my order, he kept interrupting me and asking what I wanted before I could even finish speaking. Then, when I got to the window to pay, he snatched my phone to use Apple Pay and handed it back with an attitude. When I received my food and began checking it, he slammed the window shut without a simple “thank you” or “have a nice day.” Sure enough, when I inspected my food further, it was completely wrong — and the way it was made was unacceptable (see photo). 0/10 would NOT recommend. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine — but please, find another one. No one forced you to work at Wendy’s, my love. This location will never see me again.

He was very police, asked me how my day was going, confirmed my name, and had me pull around to the window. The other lady working the window was very kind as well, she told us to have a wonderful day after quickly getting our food out to our car.
