  Waited in the drive through after 40 minutes they told me they didn’t have my order then all of a sudden had my order. I asked if had been waiting for 40 minutes and the manager said it was just made. Food was stone cold, I told her and she got mad and yelled at her people to make a new order. When I got it I’m sure there was spit in one of the tacos. Solid rate 0 if possible. Always a bad experience here at night.

  First off, when you work somewhere, usually that means well.. you have to WORK. I placed a mobile order and it took 30 MINUTES to get my food. Cars behind me ended up just leaving and NOBODY checked in on me for the whole 30 minutes. They were blasting music and not paying any attention to anything. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it's kind of ridiculous. I counted maybe 5 people on staff in there and MAYBE 2 were doing something. Not only the worst Taco Bell , but the worst fast food location I've been to. If you need to be somewhere in 30 minutes, don't even think about it.

  Yall keep messing up my order. Even when I leave for a while and come back yall still seem to give me the wrong order!! I don’t eat BEEF!! I’m never coming back to this location. I’ll take the drive somewhere else

  Sat in the drive through for 20min at the window on to be asked twice what I ordered. I was just a burrito supreme. They still didn’t have it and I drove off. Not sure what the manager is doing there but it’s not managing

  Update: I actually got salt poisoning sooo definitely did not appreciate that. Just be mindful if you go here. I don’t know what happened or why it did but it’s pretty negligent, imo. I was debating writing this because the staff is super nice when we go through here but honestly it’s a bit upsetting that every time I order with them, my meal is wrong or inedible. The first time we came here they completely messed up my order and same for the 2 times after that. I get it. Mistakes happen. It’s sad because I wasted money but whatever, you know? The fourth time though, we made sure to check with the staff and they assured us it was correct, which it was…. Except that when I opened the tacos they appeared wet, like someone spilled water on them and trying not to think much of that I chose to eat one of the tacos. When I took a bite, it was salty. I mean ridiculously salty. Salty to the point where after 4 bites :( I gave up. Their steak was just disgustingly bathed in salt. Legitimately, it was inedible. Honestly, I think I’m just good off Taco Bell from now on. Usually, I work 10 hour shifts and I’d stop here sometimes after my day because I think it’ll be a big help in covering my dinner but it’s just been a waste of money at this point. Sorry, but this just ain’t it.
