  One of the worst taco Hells that I’ve ever been to. I watched an employee drop a Taco take the inside of the taco and put it in another taco and bag it up. Do you know that people were standing in line for 20 minutes and they just looked at the people like they were dumb and asked what do you want. The service here is nonexistent as they only take care of drive-through and tell everybody inside that you’re gonna have to wait. It’s so bad that a few customers, including myself have put in a report to the local health department for a formal inspection. If upper management is reading this, please be aware we are looking to shut down this Taco Bell until you guys rectify your issues.

  They have to have the most incompetent people working Sunday nights. My wife and I like to get Taco Bell every Sunday for a guilty pleasure. It has been 2 months straight that they have forgotten something on our DoorDash order. Whole meals at time too. Every now and then, fine. But 6 orders in a row is absurd and before you think, oh maybe they were out of said item. Nope, I turn around and order the missing items and voila they show up.

  This restaurant is terrible. I've complained to management and corporate about the store multiple times and nothing seems to get done. Every time I go to the store to order food it takes a minimum of 30 minutes for them to make food. The last time I went there it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get my order. And then the manager was very rude. Secondly the food quality is terrible as well they can't get the orders correct and when they do the food does not taste fresh at all. Stay far away from this restaurant it is horrible in every aspect. I hope it closes down!!

  I know it’s fast food, so my expectation should be low, but I think when my experience is even lower than that, something has to be wrong. I went to Taco Bell a week ago waited in line. I wanted the spicy potato soft taco. They let me know they’re out of potatoes. OK cool I say give me five dollar box l. He tells me my total I drive to the window he goes “What’s your name?” and tell him my name. He asked “whats your order?”I told him what I ordered. He responds, I don’t have an order for you. How can you not have a order for me and I just gave it to you literally five minutes prior and there was only two cars ahead of me. I got irritated and drove off. I went again a week later. I say “hey, I would like a spicy potato soft taco” and guess what? they were out potatoes again. He also let me know the only thing that they can make at that time was burritos and tacos. I find this to be very convenient as it’s on the later end of the evening a few hours before closing, and you’re you conveniently are out of everything again around the same time. If you ask me, it seems as though the employees that are working the later shift don’t want to take the extra steps that would require them to have to clean something or prepare something so they just put a blanket statement over what they’re out of and what they’re unable to make to make their job easier, which isn’t fair to the customer. On top of that I ended up ordering a quesadilla. I get the quesadilla and whoever made it carelessly only put cheese on a small portion of the quesadilla itself, leaving one to two slices of the quesadilla with no cheese at all in it. do better.
