Half the ingredients missing from my pizza usually and takes extra 15-20 minutes after it says the pizza is ready for pick up to actually get the pizza. It is the only Papa Johns in my area, which is unfortunate cause I like Papa Johns, just not this location of Papa Johns. Do better!

Also, the app showed that pizza was ready but had to wait for 15 min because I was told that pizza was "not ready". Found out later that it has been ready and was sitting on the shelf.

I ordered a sausage, jalapeño, & pineapple pizza & they only put sausage. The cashier was rude & didn’t even greet me when walking in. I took the pizza back inside after seeing that my order was wrong & he said “what do you want me to do” & proceeded to just look at me like I was the person who messed up…I just left with my pizza bc I was tired of waiting 30+ min anyways. 0/10 recommend.
