Yesterday, January 20, 2026, I visited CAVA for dinner after a long day of traveling and unpacking. I have been to other CAVA locations across other states, including Georgia, but I had quite a different, warm, and unforgettable experience at the location in Chamblee of Georgia! As soon as I entered, I noticed, right away, the friendliness of the staff who were all wearing lovely hair-coverings, which later I was told is supposed to be the standard amongst all CAVA establishments. I had never seen them worn at other locations! I was not only impressed by the fact that wearing them reflected careful hygiene and respect for how open food is cooked and distributed, for me, it also reflected a type of embrace of traditional Mediterranean culture. I was so happy to see it on display! I was greeted with a sense of responsibility and kindness by, Chris, the location’s General Manager, and his staff which included, Trinity, who was stunning both in beauty and in the way she cared for her duties and her responsibilities as a team player! The latter, made her beauty stand out even more along with her glowing personality while sticking to her tasks! I was served by Lewi who, with care and consideration for plating was on high display, ensured that each request that I made was seen by me, as he continued to ask, “Is this ok?” I love to cook at home for myself, my family, and my friends, so I always choose, when eating out, an establishment where family or team values are shown outwardly and this location flaunts it with pride! I believe it’s due to the way that Chris leads. He is hands-on! He gets right in there with his team! When I entered, it was at high peak dinner hours, so the volume was pretty high. Chris immediately got on the line and supported his team! The grill-master, Malcolm, while making food for the line, also assisted with greeting and he displayed his high ability to default to Chris when there were any additional asks, given the high customer volume!. That was wonderful to see!!! I not only had an exceptional experience just by making my humble requests while on the line being served, but my entire experience up until the time I left was amazing! Chris made sure that I enjoyed my meal. I dined-in, so he made the effort to come over to ask if I enjoyed my dinner. While on the line, he recognized that I am not a local, so as a great General Manager would do, he made certain that I would want to return again by taking the time to ask me about my overall experience. Not out of obligation, though. Out of true care. I felt that. I appreciated that so much! This was the best CAVA experience I’ve ever had! My niece introduced me to CAVA in 2020 and, by far, I have not experienced the gold standard of service at any other location until my time yesterday in Chamblee of Georgia!!! Chris, continue to lead by example! Trinity, continue to shine bright and staid out for all the best reasons (even her smile is a winner!)!! Lewi, continue serving with dignity and care!!! Malcolm, keep up the great work at the grill station along with allowing the team to depend on your wonderful timing! Chris, whatever you’re doing, keep it up, and I am glad that corporate recognizes your strong work ethic and team spirit. You all are glowing stars!! You all made my night an amazing one. Thank you all so much!!
