I hate to leave bad reviews but I am hoping management will see this and potentially fix it. Also this dude with a round face and light eyes for his skin was staring at us manically when we were eating our ice cream parked out front.

I requested a taste for an unknown flavor and it wound up being spicy (perhaps a hot tamale flavor🤷🏻♀️) which was quite humorous to my companions. The Rocky Road we settled on was creamy with no ice crystals. The service was quick and efficient. My only complaint was that they only had two flavors of sherbet, one was daiquiri-lime and the other rainbow. Overall, I would recommend this location if you like Duncan donuts or Baskin Robbins.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
