  I discovered that I had mistakenly placed my mobile order at this location when I attempted to get my order at my preferred location this morning. After ordering my food the employee told me to call this location to ask for a refund. When I called the woman who answered the phone responded with “ why should I give you a refund, you made the mistake.” First of all I would not have called if I did not think it were possible, as I was initially told to call by a Dunkin employee. Furthermore and most importantly, I did not call for a rude response. Especially since I was not rude when I asked. There are less rude ways to say no, even at 5:30 am. However, this seems to be the norm at this location as it was not my first time experiencing a lack of good customer service here. I made the mistake of ordering here this morning but it won’t be a mistake to never order from this location again.

  It's Banana crazy at Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins and I was unable to get a banana milkshake tonight, they said this " we don't have banana™. No banana. Am I a victim of racism because the customer behind me ordered the same and they had BANANA!!!!

  On the night of March 20, 2026, I drove through the drive-thru at approximately 9:50 p.m. I sat at the intercom for several moments and asked if the location was closed because I did not receive any response. After receiving no response, I drove around to the window. I sat there for a few minutes and honked my horn to try to get the attention of the employees I could visibly see inside to ask whether the location was closed. Several times, employees looked at me, turned away, and laughed while I was trying to get their attention. Not once did anyone acknowledge my presence. Instead, they continued to snicker and laugh as though they were not working behind the counter. Because there were no Black employees behind the counter and I myself am a Black woman, the only conclusion I could draw from the situation was that I was being ignored because of my race. I would hope that Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins does not hire or condone any racially motivated negligence from its employees. I would also hope that employees at this location are trained in the future to acknowledge customers who come through their drive-thru, even if the location is closed or unable to serve them. A simple response would have been appropriate. Due to this experience, I will no longer be patronizing this location. I would also caution other people of color to be aware of how they may be treated here.

  A shame this location is in such a high traffic spot but every time I use this Dunkin it's a bad experience. Not only did we pay for cold foam and just not get it, the coffees themselves tasted burnt and like there was no flavor in them at all. The stickers said cold foam and 3 mocha 3 hazelnut. I know from other locations that even 1 pump can be detected, this coffee tastes like straight espresso and ice. No way they made them correctly (according to sticker at least). Tired of wasting my money here. Dunkin please make this right. Credit back the two drinks from today and I'll consider giving them another try because the service was fine! The lady was super nice on the speaker and at the window. But not worth ever returning if it's gonna continue to be wrong and/or disgusting.

  I had to use the men's restroom because they couldn't help me open the women's. Terrible service. The bathroom has no toilet paper or hand towels. They think they're still in their own country.
