  I have been here a few times and my order is always wrong. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to and the order has been wrong 3/3 times. Definitely stands out from others and not in a good way

  First the girl at the drive thru taking orders was just talking to a customer in a car in the other lane cause she knew them and they were just having a little family reunion in the line while we were stuck behind cars that weren't being served. We ordered chicken nuggets, and when I opened the box, there was just a half eaten grilled cheese sandwich with two bites taken out of it in it. My husband went back in to get my food. No one at the counter acknowledged him until he waved down a manager. He explained the situation, the took the grilled cheese sandwich, said "huh" and handed him a box of nuggets and walked off. This Chick-fil-A has gone waaaaaay downhill.

  Ive never met anyone nicer than Donny! Everytime I come here he greats me and has the kindest things to say. He is the heart of this store!

  I’ve had consistently frustrating experiences at the Chick-fil-A, but today was by far the worst. I waited in the drive-thru line for an hour and a half during my lunch break—which is completely unacceptable. At one point, a woman at the front of the line got out of her car and was walking around, leaving her vehicle blocking everyone behind her. Instead of staff stepping in to manage the situation, employees stood around laughing. No one helped move things along, and no one could back out because we were all completely boxed in. Many of us were on limited lunch breaks—some as short as 30 or even 15 minutes—so this created a stressful and unreasonable situation. After finally getting close to the front, I ran into another issue. I had already paid earlier in the line (as is standard there), but when I got to the window, I was told my payment hadn’t gone through a long with the cars ahead of me. This caused even more delay. Meanwhile, the situation with the woman blocking the line was still ongoing, with staff gathered around her car instead of resolving the traffic backup. By the time I finally received my order, my food was ice cold—and I still couldn’t leave because the line was completely stuck due to the lady still parked in front of us and again the staff standing around laughing Overall, this location seriously lacks basic organization, urgency, and customer service. What should have been a quick lunch turned into a stressful, time-consuming ordeal for my break time

  All Chick-fil-A's l've visited have excellent and trustworrhy gluten free options. My daughter has Celiacs and we trust their prevention of cross contamination. Fries and grilled nuggets are gluten free, and they offer gluten free packaged buns for their gluten-free gilled chicken sandwiches. A+ on drive through customer service and speed. Eating in has also been a positive experience. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff all around.
