  The workers here are always rude through the drive thru, you can’t ever get a smile, I’ll say thank you and they just slam the window close with nothing to say. I don’t come here anymore because they constantly would mess up my order or have you waiting 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. Your cooperate definitely needs to do something about this location or you’re gonna continue to get awful reviews. I can’t EVER get a good iced caramel coffee either, I wasted so much money buying coffee with EXTRA caramel and they RARELY put caramel in it at all for me. I truly am sick of it. I will say the only person whose ever been consistent and made me good coffee is the Jordan girl there, she’s the only one that seems to try.

  Soooo tired,of coming here ordering food and they don't tell customers that they are holding on food until the last minute,some people have jobs and doctor's appointment and meetings to get to.they should tell customers at the intercom if they don't have what you are trying to order.this nonsense makes people late for other things people have to do.just like now , I'm sitting here typing this review up in the line they have me pulled up in ,my daughter gets on her bus at 740,so she has left for school so that I just wasted money on,and I just got my wife food and now she has only 5 minutes to rush to eat .this is really rediculous!!, if McDonald's employees know they are holding on a certain type of food they should tell people at the intercom so that the customers have a choice if they want to leave or stay,this is terrible service.

  The food quality has completely declined over the last 20 years. The ice cream is different and the chicken nuggets are horrible. I used to crave those little chicken nuggets, fried and crispy. Now they're soggy and soft and the flavor and texture is totally off. When I'd take the kids out for ice cream we used to go to McDonald's because that's what they would want. Now no one ever wants ice cream from there . They should go back to the way things were, if they change the vendors they should change back. The service was about the same as usual, except nothing was with a smile like it usually is. Maybe it was just an off day for McDonald's.

  Stood at register for three min because I wanted to pay with cash. The manager caught eye connect with me but still no service. So I went to the kiosk to place my order, when after receiving my order I said thank you and have a good mooring, it's a little rude to not get a response especially from a manager.

  place is nasty and the employees hate having to hand you stuff that there out of in the eating area
