    They have no sense of urgency, no customer service, why do I keep going back I guess it's the price but I think I'm just going to start going to Chick-fil-A because these people would not run out of a fire

    They differ every time I go. Sometimes staff is on it and everything is great and sometimes I have to wait an extended amount of time because they are short staffed and everything between. Food is almost always good and warm.

    They put the paper receipt in your drink cup. How nasty is that!!! They need to stop doing that

    Took forever to get waited on and get one cup of coffee and a McFlurry. Took my coffee over to put some ice in it. As I got there the top popped off, coffee spilled over the cup on to my hand so I tried to sit it down by my left hand and more came out. I had to get ice to put on my hand because the coffee was extremely hot. My husband came right over to help me. So I am holding the ice on my hand. The cup for some reason was filled right to the brim. They were not friendly. There were 3 people in there, 2 young gentleman and 1 older. He had been waiting over 10 minutes for 2 small decaf coffees. The young men told us that he had ordered just as they came in. They already had their meals almost finished. Ridiculous how McDonalds is run. Ronald McDonald should be ashamed of how they are run.
