I pulled into the pickup spot and checked in. I was the only car in the pickup spots. I sat there for 10 minutes watching cars pull into the drive-thru place their orders get their food and drive away. No one ever brought my food out and then I finally said screw it and left. I have things to do I can't just sit in a parking lot forever waiting for food. What's the point in having a mobile app so that you can order food ahead of time so it's ready when you get there if it's not going to be ready when you get there. This McDonald's consistently fails at customer service and placing orders correctly. I will never go there again.
