  Ordered at the drive thru, the ai messed up our order then a real person took our order and still messed it up. Ai said they had cheerrwine. The person at the window said they've never even heard of cheerwine. Ordered borounds with the ai and told the person a second time we wanted borounds. Then we got fries. And Pepsi products and not Coke? This place sucks

  This is the second time we’ve been to this establishment, always drive-through for us because every time we always want to go inside it’s full no sitting in available . The place wasn’t that clean trash on floor and bathroom needed cleaning! The staff at the drive through window was good but the biscuits were fresh and also the eggs the meat however was super greasy. The Bo rounds were very good, not handicap friendly when entering the restaurant.

  My son and I went to Bojangles today for lunch. Placed our order and received our change. It was 3 cents short. I should have received $4.98, instead I received $4.95. The ladies said I’m sorry we’re not allowed to give pennies. I said so your company had rather short me 3 cents than them lose 2 cents? She said I’m sorry my manger will not allow us to do that. Obviously I’m not going to lose sleep over 3 cents, to me it’s about principle. Why are they not giving pennies? I have a business, we have plenty of Pennie’s and if we didn’t I would give the extra to the customer instead of taking from them. Why would I do this, I appreciate my customers and would rather them know that, than to think I was that greedy. In the end our chicken snacks cost us roughly $25.00 plus a 3 cent loss 🤣🤣! That breaks down to .40 extra because I got a medium fry and an additional $2.00 because my son got a large fry. Where has the care for customers gone? I remember when this Bojangles set the standard, now it appears they’re more focused on their bank account. See what you all think next time you’re in here.
