  I ordered a hibachi dinner to go. I had read the reviews and had seen that people said the food was great, but several of them said things were left out of their to go orders. For some stupid reason I assumed that maybe they read their reviews and remedied this problem. So I ordered a hibachi dinner: rice, chicken and shrimp, and veggies. Then I get all the way back to where I live, 35 minutes away, opened my box and there is NO RICE IN MY MEAL. I even paid extra to HAVE the rice. It was on my receipt so I know the cashier rang it up correctly. I called them and they said they would replace the rice next time I come in. I don't live in Cartersville. And it's really stupid and extremely annoying for me to be here with a hibachi dinner that I paid $28 for and am missing one of the major components of the meal. So I'm not going to bother going back for them to "replace my rice". I don't even want to eat any of their food now. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because the girl at the window (the one from Ohio) was absolutely delightful. I hope someone there sees this and realizes that their inept kitchen help just lost a them customer.

  I hadn’t been to Okinawa in about 4 years because of a bad experience and decided to give it another go because we wanted hibachi. I ordered 2 steak and chicken hibachi dinners with fried rice (up charge) and a side of eel sauce (up charge) which I didn’t receive. First of all, the portions were embarrassingly small for the price. They looked smaller than lunch portions and I wish I’d taken photos! Next, the chicken and the steak both tasted like they were boiled!!! Dry, flavorless and tough! And again, didn’t get the sauce I paid for! I’m so disappointed that 4 years later, they are still just as sloppy and bad. $45 dollars for what we got is SAD!! This is absolutely the last time ever!

  Not like it used to be. They changed the sushi and its not as flavorful as it used to be. They did improve the look of the place but then food was very bland.
