  This location isn't bad. The employees are fast and efficient. I always appreciate service workers.

  The service here sucks, and constantly, is absolutely horrible. In 2 years of thinking "oh that's a one-off", but No. they seriously cannot get an order correct to save their lives!!!! Really sucks this is like 1 of 4 places in the area for fast food on the way home. Ill just be avoiding mcdonald's from now on as i should've been to begin with.

  Our fudge sundae was a melted mess. Men's restroom door was partially open and apparently broken. No paper towels in men's room. Prices are generally higher than nearby Cartersville McD's. Parking is difficult, only available spots were in the back of the lot. Difficult access due to traffic at the intersection. Won't visit this location again.

  Went to McDonald’s for breakfast this morning and it was kind of a mess. The drive-thru was already frustrating with people cutting the line in the outside lane like the rules don’t apply to them. Then when I got to the window, they told me they were out of the eggs for an Egg McMuffin, so I switched to a McGriddle. Got home and opened it… just sausage and the griddle cakes. No egg, no cheese basically not even what I ordered.

  The entire point of going through a drive-thru is to not have to get out of your car. Went through the drive-thru today and was told to pull forward because they were waiting on fries. 15 minutes later after numerous cars have passed by me (I am sure every one of those cars had fries), I had to go inside to retrieve my order. Of course the cashier had not given me a receipt but I could show proof that I paid on my phone. Whoever the woman was that went to get my food had an attitude of she could have cared less. Sorry you have to work at McDonald's on a Sunday but you could at least show some customer service. And yes I could've gone to the store, bought food to cook but I'm sick and just wanted fast and easy food and NOT have to get out of the car but thanks to the incompetence of the employees, I ended up having to get out of my car anyway. And to be freshly cooked fries, they sure were cold.
