  Michigander here! Lol! They had our food (3 orders) out so fast!!! 😱. They did mess up my friends order but they fixed it immediately and was nice about it! 10/10 wendys 😆 Great vibes from all the employees working at 7:22pm 2/28/26!!!

  The cashier did not speak to us when asked questions but just nodded. He had no people skills. The fries we were served were a very dark brown color probably from. Sitting under the lights in the warmer. My chicken sandwich and hamburger was Luke warm and barely passable to eat. I would never go back there again!

  I got the 4 dollar biggie bites and I haven't been to Wendy's in a min. And I got an extra jbc when I got my food I only had 2 jbc and a drink. 8 dollars for this. I asked the lady at the window and she said with this meal you only get one choice and a drink. Like what's the point of that, so if I got fired then I'd only get fries and a drink for 4 dollars. Theath ain't matching. Then I go to the website to see that I was suppose to get either fries or nuggets. So I over paid for what I got... Get your employees trained correctly or stop over charging people for food or make sure they get everything they paid for.

  This review is for how amazing shante/chante did tonight helping me in the drive through. She was quick and efficient. She also made sure everything was labled and was correct before i even made it to the window. Just amazing service!

  I have a fairly strict diet due to my health. I'm only afforded limited 'cheat days'... On this particular cheat-day, I decided a Wendy's burger combo would hit the spot!... I did an online/mobile order for drive thru pick up... I ordered a Big Dave double combo, no pickles & no ice in the drink.... I get back home to enjoy my 'cheat day' meal... I noticed my drink is full of ice. No biggie... I pull out the fries and they're old, heat-lamp dehydrated, and eat like very stale, chewy-ish pretzel sticks or something... I pull out the burger... Peel back the bun... There was absolutely ZERO ability to distinguish ANY toppings from one another. You could not tell what was lettuce, or what was tomato, or whatever the heck else was in the conglomerative mush of so called toppings. This burger has CLEARLY been sitting HOURS on in... And I can tell someone opened this nasty crap sandwich to pull the pickles off, but they LEFT ONE. I'm sure they probably couldn't see it hiding in the midst of the rest of the mush... Geeezzzz man...How riDICulous are y'all gonna let food service get?!... Here's a very REAL way of looking at this nonsense... If someone were to show me the burger and fries I received ahead of time, and opened the bun on the burger and showed me the old nasty mushed toppings, and showed me showed me the inedible stale sticks of crap y'all called fries, then looked me straight in the eye and said, "I'll give you $15 and some change if you EAT this, right here, right now."... I would VEHEMENTLY refuse, saying, "HECK NAW!!!... I AM NOT about to eat that crap! Are you crazy?!"... And here I am paying $15+ for some nasty, disgusting, nastiness that you LITERALLY couldn't PAY ME to eat... Let THAT sink in... It's a pathetic shame... I'm going to have to rethink my cheat days... When I think about 'cheat days' I never consider BEING cheated... DO BETTER!!!
