  Stopped by this evening around 7:30pm 2 young white girls working the window First girl who took my payment & handed me our drinks, couldn’t hand us a straw she had to go sit in a corner on her phone. While we wait a good minute or 2 on our food, The 2nd girl bagging our food kept touching her face & rubbing her nose while she’s bagging my food, as she’s waiting on our fries she continues to rub her nose & play on her phone. My burgers tasted old & looked like they had sitting out & was reheated. I will NEVER be back to this location.

  Disappointing experience. Orders are not taken at the register—you’re required to use the self-service kiosk, but no one tells you. I stood at the counter while employees walked by and said nothing. When my food was ready, the manager tossed it on the counter, shouted the number, and walked away without another word. Overall, the staff was rude and seemed uninterested in helping or being there.

  When we arrived we were told we could only order at the kiosk with a debit card bc they had no cash. They asked if we needed sauces but acted like giving us enough sauces for the 5 of us was a problem. Then we ordered a frosty and was told they weren't making anymore tonight we would have to get a refund. When they couldn't refund back to the card the lady opened the register and gave him a cash refund. Worst experience I've ever had at any Wendy's!
