  The good was prepared correctly, and the staff wasn't rude. However it is a gross breach of ethics to not allow customers to have their order taken by a person. I disagree on a fundamental level with taking away jobs in any field, let alone customer service. This behavior is an utter disgrace from an American company.

  Got home with my order and all of the tacos were all broken up, like had to eat them with a spoon. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant and food was cold. I asked for sauce, got none. I’m done with these crappy places, especially when their prices are as high as they are. Never again.

  Seriously one of the best Taco Bell orders we’ve had! Everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. Order was accurate and delicious. Great job to the team!

  My two buddies Pops passed away yesterday They found them and it was horrible. I went to go order them Taco Bell because they were upset and hungry so I placed a order on the app, We went up to the speaker and one of them made a joke saying I ordered a gosh dang burrito with no beans for Kinsley to The robot lady then a worker answers rude and mad so we pulled up to the counter a lady with black hair so she wasn’t going to serve us our food because we were being rude and to get a refund on the app I went inside and I was crying To her apologizing about how sorry I was and I was not trying to be rude at all and sorry for my buddies . I Begged and pleaded Over and over again apologizing crying, she told me she was gonna call the cops if I got off the property and she didn’t give a crap and that she wasn’t going to serve us, even though our food was already made something thing on the counter and I tried to get a refund on the app and I couldn’t and it was the last bit of money I had and went into the negative just so I can get up my friend dinner because his father passed away last night You never know what strangers have going on and when you go get a meal you definitely don’t want to order a side of years with it! You should always be kind and considerate!

  I had ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos. I had tookn off the rice and Nacho cheese and added steak and pinko D gallow which is a salsa usually it comes with beef. Also, so, when I added the steak and the pinko, that's all, I got very small amount of steak. It was unbelievable I should have took a picture of it. I was so mad that I gave it to the neighbor's dog. And it wouldn't need it. So when you go to this taco bell 75%of the time, you're not gonna get what you ordered don't waste your money going to this restaurant I made a complaint on app and haven't heard nothing. So I am out of $ 12
