    Compete false advertising. Mobile order menu says they have something and when you drive 30 minutes to pick it up they tell you they don’t have it. When asking the staff where the disconnect is, they simply say “it’s not there problem”. On top of it, I asked for a refund on the order and the staff says the can’t complete a refund because it was placed on the Panera app. You’re welcome for the free $42. Definitely won’t be back

    Do not eat here ever. Ordered rapid pick up and selected fruit cup as a side. Got home and it was half full and had bite marks in the fruit. Was issued a refund and for some reason the cream brulee bites were wet. Never again.
