  I don't often eat at Jimmy John's, but when I do it's always great. My review is mainly to boast about the amazing customer service experience I've had with catering, this is not as common these days as it should be. Kristen at the Cartersville location went above and beyond to make our catering order special for my stepdaughter's baby shower. Thank you Kristen, we appreciate you!

  Great place to eat and absolutely great customer service! By the time I was done paying and talking to the woman at the register, the gentleman handed me my sandwich! So fast and easy, even during the lunch rush.

  This JJ location has a fantastic staff. By the time you have completed your order, they have completed your sandwich.
