She said it was 41 when she arrived. Obviously broken!! She said she called the owner. But where was maintenance! Absolutely no way to stay inside. Ridiculous they were open at those temps. Also, no baby changing table in either bathroom. Like what? Isn’t this standard these days? Especially if you call yourself a family restaurant. Please get a changing table and some heat.

Great smoke line, thick delicious sauces, very flavorful, good fat to meat ratio on the chopped brisket and a big hell yea for not covering the chopped up with sauce before serving! Not too impressed with the Mac and cheese but it wasn't horrible but let's talk about the collards! I've been told I cook my collards like a black woman which is a huge compliment, so I'm a snob here as well and I got give praise where praise is due, what is that? Balsamic vinegar? Loved it, you balanced the bitterness perfectly and didn't cover the taste with smoked meat. If I lived in this area I'd be here everyday.
