  We were driving from Florida back home to Michigan and stopped here to have a taste of some southern BBQ. I'll tell you right now we were not disappointed. I loved that they offered a variety of different flavored sauces at the table. And this servings, we're a good size as well. Wish this was closer to my house!

  I called and asked them about their door dash and how I couldn’t make changes to my order on the app and if I gave them my name would they make the changes they said yes. I spent 30$ And they didn’t make a single change. Never going or ordering from there again.

  The BBQ is top notch, all the sides are quality. The smoked chicken wings are some of the best I have had. I highly recommend this place.

  The food was okay. It was dry, but otherwise nothing to write home about. Their customer service is the problem. We tried to call ahead about a food allergy, but they put us on hold immediately and kept us on hold for 15 minutes (until we hung up). Then when we pulled up they had no line or anyone in the dining room, so I guess they just didn't want to deal with us. Then the person at the register had an attitude from the beginning, and had absolutely no desire to help us figure out if the food was safe. She kept giving a blanket, "We can't guarantee anything." We went back and forth for a minute before we finally convinced her to at least check the sauce for the allergen. We have both worked in customer service for a long time, so we always go out of our way to try to be the easy customers whenever possible. We get that it's not an easy job. Being outright rude is just not cool, especially given we cannot help a food allergy and we were trying our best to work with them on it. Truly just go anywhere else that serves bbq in Cartersville.

  Good BBQ spot, ive been skeptical for 1.5 years of stopping in and finally decided to. 1. Great seasoning on the ribs, brisket, and wings. 2. Bleu cheeses bacon potatoe salad. Actually really good and not overwhelming in bleu cheese. 3. Mac n cheese- homemade, good cheese taste and not creamy, add some pepper to set it off. 4. Ribs- fall of the bone kind, yall know i dont like that, but....they were good. 5. Crispy skin wings, smoked and good seasoning, i had to mention that again. 6. Brisket- good smoke ring, flavor was good. Could have been a little juicier, but most everyome will like it like it was. 7. Homemade pork skins- i got the butt rub ones, not my butt rubbed, just to be clear. Great pork skins!!! Service was great and friendly staff, very helpful. Give me try, they passed my bbq snob test. 😂
