  First of all my pizza showed up without cheese…. And missing pepperoni when I ordered and ultimate pepperoni pizza add mushrooms. Terrible customer service and definitely lack of attention to detail???

  This Domino’s location is an absolute disgrace, and the manager, JT, should not be interacting with customers at all. I ordered an Italian sandwich with no onions, no green peppers, and no banana peppers. When I opened the box, there were cooked onions and green peppers loose inside the box, with a few onions still on the sandwich. There were no green or banana peppers on the sandwich itself, which clearly indicates the sandwich was made incorrectly and someone attempted to pick toppings off instead of remaking it. That is unacceptable and honestly unsanitary. I called the store politely asking for a remake. Instead of handling the issue professionally, JT immediately gave me a hostile attitude. After hearing how rude he was, I asked for a refund instead. He told me I would be required to drive back to the store and physically return the sandwich just to receive my money back — for their mistake. The situation escalated when JT began yelling at me and repeatedly told me to “shut my mouth.” He also said something rude to me about “breathing into the phone.” This was not a misunderstanding — it was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate behavior from a manager. The mistake with the sandwich can be forgiven. Being verbally abused by a store manager cannot. This location has clearly lost any standard of professionalism, accountability, or basic respect. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to avoid this Domino’s unless they enjoy being insulted for pointing out a mistake. Domino’s corporate should be deeply concerned about allowing someone like JT to represent their brand.

  I've contacted Domino's Corporate regarding this store, specifically about "JT." Domino's Corporate!!!! Just look at the reviews. If an employee like him keeps being rude and aggressive to customers, you may face legal lawsuits. And all because of him. Is it worth it?

  1-star review: Terrible delivery/customer service – avoid ordering from here! I waited forever for my pizza tonight – only for the driver to apparently get lost and never actually deliver it. Yet somehow, the order was marked as "delivered" in the system, and the food was nowhere to be found. When I called the restaurant for help, the person who answered immediately started cutting me off and talking over me, not letting me explain at the outset. Extremely rude and unhelpful. After finally explaining the issue, having her search for my order via name AND address, she finally tells me that since it's through door dash, she has absolutely no way to see it - information that would've been helpful from the outset when I said initially that it was through DoorDash. Using DoorDash was part of the problem with this restaurant as well since it doesn't show the driver's location, so you're completely in the dark. This isn't the first time – I had a very similar problem back in June, so I gave them a break and tried again months later. Huge mistake. After tonight, I'm done – never ordering from this place again and I've been a customer since 2017. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Next place had the order to my house in less than an hour with no hitches.

  JT was extremely unprofessional, if Google would allow me to give this experience less than one star, I would! I traveled from the other side of the country to come get My favorite late night pizza place ,which I do often when Traveling. The driver delivered the food to the wrong Address. Upon calling, JT proceeds to tell me that he does not have time to deal with me, a paying customer whose food did not get delivered. What makes it even better or worse? Is JT then proceed to tell me I can replace the Order, And be charged again. After I deny that option and say I would like to have the food remade and delivered to the right address, JT proceeds to hang up the phone. It is 1257am as I am writing this. I placed my order around 12 AM here I am with no food and no reimbursement on my order.
