The first time we went to pick up our pizza they said they had no order by that name.... 15 minutes later they check the box and realized our pizzas have been sitting there the whole time. Tonight we picked up pizza around 8 my husband checked out and the cashier said we are good to go the manager calls me at 11 demand I come up there and pay for my pizza or they would file theft by taking charges. We have the receipt and shows the pending charge in my bank account but they still stated we had to come up before they close out their books at 2am Also when the manager called he left a voicemail when we called back up there the employee who answered the phone said there's no one here by that name and then after we started complaining she said let me go my manager and low and behold the manager was the exact name we asked for when we were told no one worked there by that name... JT is the manager its hard to mess up that name
