    If i could give 1 star I would. Took my mom through the drive thru to get food for my parents. Got my dad a number 2 and my mom wanted a large fry with no salt (has to limit intake). No cars in front or behind us at the time. When we paid, we got our drink and was told to pull forward as they were waiting on the fries. Totally normal. Well 11 minutes later, still nothing!! I decided to pull around and just go inside. I understand things happen. When the counter lady finally asked (after waiting an additional 5 minutes in line) the window girl said she thought it had been taken out. They said they would remake it. As we were waiting, a few employees started making comments about people wonder why they get backed up, going through the drive thru with special orders just for no salt!! My mom is deaf so she couldn't hear the rude comments, but i can!!! Extremely bad business!!! I will not be back

    I will admit I was pleasantly surprised. The person who took my order appears to also be the person who was working the window and both interactions were pleasant and efficient. My order was correct and quickly prepared. It seems like half the time at a drive-thru the order is wrong, there is some confusion, there is always some issue, sometimes. It's a long wait, sometimes. It's a poorly trained person,. Absolutely none of that on this visit to this location. I will definitely consider going here first before anywhere else based on this experience.
