  Absolutely adore this Dunkin. Always friendly and personable. They even know my golden retriever name when I pull up to the window to get his pup cup and my coffee.

  Coffee is good. They were out of munchkin. The girl doing the drive thru window had a bad attitude and was rude. I will pass this one over and find a different one. She gave my card back and said here then proceeded to get an attitude through the whole transaction.

  Went there and asked them did they have anything that was decaf and the employees looked at me like I was stuiped. I will not ever go back here.

  Their drive through has gotten so slow that it’s faster to get your mobile order by walking in. Or, in my case, taking your business elsewhere altogether. I’m pretty forgiving of food service workers, but it’s gotten so bad that it’s taking 15-20 mins for any basic order.

  This used to be my absolute favorite Dunkin’ location. I would intentionally pass two other stores just to come here because the team was always fast, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience over the last two days has been very disappointing. Yesterday, I walked into the store and was not greeted at all. No “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. I stood there for 3–5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. That was unusual for this location. Today was even more frustrating. I went through the drive-through and ordered a caramel iced coffee with creamer and sugar, plus a French vanilla swirl. When I received my drink, it was incorrect — it tasted like a plain iced coffee with one French vanilla swirl and was not made as ordered. When I let the employee know, instead of politely offering to fix it, she insisted that they had made exactly what I ordered and began going back and forth with me. The tone was unnecessarily argumentative. A simple “I’m sorry about that, pull forward and we’ll fix it” would have resolved the situation immediately. The manager, Megan, came to the window and explained that they didn’t understand what I was saying. However, even after I expressed that the issue wasn’t just the misunderstanding but the rude response, there was still no apology. They did remake the drink, but the interaction left a bad impression. Additionally, my original drink was taken back through the drive-through window, which raised concerns about cross-contamination and food safety practices. I’m not sure what has changed at this location — whether it’s management, staff, or overall training — but the level of customer service has noticeably declined. I truly hope they address these issues, because this used to be one of the best Dunkin’ locations in the area.
