- CFChey FiMar 26, 20261.0This has been my “home” Chick‑fil‑A for quite a while now, and this feedback is long overdue. First, the water filtration system seems to need attention. Any time I order a cup of ice water, it consistently tastes like chemicals. This has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. Second, the food quality is noticeably inconsistent. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch/dinner, sometimes the food tastes as expected, and other times it doesn’t. In a few cases, it has even tasted burnt. Third, the drive‑thru staff are generally upbeat and friendly, but the experience changes when dining inside. The staff behind the counter have often been less pleasant to interact with, which makes dining in less enjoyable. Lastly, during a recent visit, I ordered a chicken sandwich and bit into a long strand of hair embedded in the chicken. I drove back to the restaurant to show the manager the sandwich with the hair still attached. After some hesitation, the solution offered was a refund for the sandwich and a drink for the inconvenience. This simply shouldn’t happen.
