  The first thing we noticed was the clean parking lot and clean door windows. Inside smelled like fresh food. No funky smells. The gentlemen who took our order was pleasant, uniform was tidy and clean. He repeated our order and asked if we needed anything else. He truly wanted our experience to be special. The sandwiches were hot and fresh. The buns fresh and warm. The meat was hot tasty and oh so delicious. Fries were fresh and hot and perfectly salted. If you are in the neighborhood, give them a try!

  I stopped there Friday at 11am for the $7.99 deal. I got the chicken sandwich. Fast service but the food was cold and hard. So I called to speak to the manager and was hung up on. I called again and tried to talk to someone that was rude. She asked did I want a new meal and I said no. I only wanted an apology. Besides why would I visit there again when the food was terrible and now you have a attitude when let you know u missed the mark. Never again Arby's.

  Got the italian beef. It was OKAY. Store was clean, staff was nice enough.

  This is a first for me. I rarely leave reviews. I purchased 2 double roast beef sandwiches today spent 14$ . I was told by the cashier that I could only get 2 arbys sauce packets per sandwich. Ive never heard of such an absurd policy. It would be different if I ordered a water and wanted 20 arbys sauces but limiting 2 per sandwich Is insane. I want a response from the owner on this supposed policy. Dont worry I already called corporate and filed a offical complaint. Either you can be the fall guy or your employee named justice took it upon her self to enforce a policy that doesn't exist. Which one is it
