    So, I placed an order through the app and picked up in drive-thru. We ordered Hawaiian roll fish sandwich (which was hot, fresh and great). We also ordered 2 crinkle fries, 1 curly fry, and a ham and Swiss sandwich. All of these items were cold and old. The crinkle fries were also kind of hard and had a ridiculous amount of salt on them as well. The ham sandwich had way less ham than I have ever received before. I called them and spoke with a manager. I was very nice and explained the issues to her. She stated that we were holding on the fish so there was no way that it wasn't fresh. I said i just told you that the fish sandwich was great and perfect and it was everything else that was bad. She then said that she didn't know how that could be true because they had been busy today for lunch. Instead of offering to replace my food and or apologize for the negative experience i was told that I was wrong. I told her that I was going to just go ahead and hang up now because this was absolutely unbelievable and unnecessary. We also ordered multiple sauces on the app and also asked for them at the window. Would you believe it that we didn't get them... We had the exact same issue last time we ordered from here. However, we didn't say anything because I hate complaining. But now combined 2 orders I have spent just under $75 dollars and gotten old and cold food. So, I thought that I would at least call and bring it to their attention and hope they would offer to replace our order. I will NOT be going back there again. If the food was fresh always and I could count on that I would eat thereat least 1 or 2 times per week. Thanks a lot for taking my money for me to just have to throw away my food.

    Ordered the Chicken Gordon Bleu. The sandwich was very small for the price. The chicken pattie was mostly bread. I will definitely not be ordering that again. The last at the counter was very nice though.

    Best roast beef sandwich I've had in a while, was hot, fresh and made me wished I bought two!!!!! I drive out of my way just to eat here.
