  Really nice people service was amazing,food was good I would highly recommend going better than the Wendy's in Bremen for sure 😁.

  If I could give this place a zero rating I would … charge 59 cents for extra sauce mind you .. they only gave me 1 not going to lie yall lost a customer!!

  I can’t recommend this place after seeing how dirty it is. I’m a restaurant GM and yes I usually give a lot of grace today food places. But when you’re dead slow, 6 people standing staring at you, and nothing is cleaned and no one rings you up? Yeah you draw a line at some point. Usually is just avoid inside and use the drive thru but no thanks. Judging by their cleaning in the seating and the bathroom, that tells me all I need to know about your cleanliness in the back with food. Pass on this place unless you like grungy fast food places

  Their drive thru is AI ordering. I ordered 2 meals, one was the $6 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag, and all I changed was to add onions to the burger. There was no order verification through the AI and no order verification at the window. There also was no tomato, no lettuce, only meat, cheese, bacon and onions on my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and that is not what I ordered. When I got up to the window the 2 young women were laughing and joking with each other and didn't engage with me at all. They didn't care what was in the bag nor if my order was correct. They wanted tp get back to their socializing and get the bag to me ASAP. I hope they're making minimum wage because they have crap customer service. At 5:30pm they need to be focused on the food because that is a busy time. This is why I never eat at Wendy's in Carrollton on Bankhead Highway. Do better. It has been many months since I've gotten food from there, and this place won't be getting my business again. Peace.

  Literally just wanted to get a chili. Went to get it out of the bag and the lid wasn't on properly and it spilled all over me. That wasn't even a huge deal though. Went back inside for a replacement and one of the workers just kept cussing and yelling at multiple different people. A different worker apologized to me for how he was behaving, but I tried to politely ask for crackers and I was completely ignored. There were 2 little girls with their parents in line behind me and they shouldn't have to hear or see that kind of behavior. Idk what the guys name was, but he was light skinned with glasses and some kind of cap under his wendys hat, maybe about 20 years old. All i know is that the Wendy's on bankhead hwy is much more child and woman friendly.
