  I came here on march 8,2026 at 9:05pm..I ordered everything fresh since I have to go all the way to Bowdon..they parked me so when the lady brought my food..she got an attitude bc I told her my food was cold…and they didn’t give me any ketchup or sauce for my nuggets that I asked for multiple times …this place has really gone down

  Worst employees McDonald's has ever hired. Waited twenty minutes for food mostly chicken nuggets. They didn't even offer us the cups we had to yell to the back of the kitchen to get help. Very rude about our refund zaira should never have a customer service job. Noone was wearing name tags or anything. I think some of the people in the kitchen didn't even work there. Manager refused to give his name. Worst McDonald's experience. There are several others to choose from.

  Yall really gotta get it together. I went here last week and yall forgot my order TWICE and then I went back this morning and yall gave me carbonated water because I’m guessing yall were too lazy to change out the sprite. Don’t waste your money here.

  Pulled up at 5:59 AM. They open at 6AM. Sat in drive thru for 12 minutes. No one came to take order or even speak. Pulled into parking and walked inside to order. 3 employees looked at me, didn't speak, and continued working. I waited 5 minutes with not one person even speaking. There were no other customers inside being waited on. This is horrible and inexcusable customer service.
