  If I could give this place zero stars I would I came to the drive-through at 7:30 ish PM and I ordered my food. Nothing crazy some nuggets a couple Mc doubles fries and a quarter pounder. I got my drink drinks About two minutes later and then I was told I needed to park in number five while my food comes up. I waited 15 minutes in my car and finally got out to go into the restaurant and when I told them what I had ordered, it was sitting in a bag on a shelf and probably had been there for a few minutes might as well close the place down if they can’t get food out faster than 20 Minutes. Hardly any cars in the drive-through and not a single customer inside

  Ordered a burger and a drink and still had to wait forever. This is the worst McDonalds in Carrollton!! The fact that these restaurants make parking spaces for people to pull up because they’re drive-through sucks is beyond me!

  Don't come here unless you want to be parked for well over 20 minutes and then not even get your gilds happy meal. Then when you GO IN TO GRAB IT, they give you the wrong one. It's not that hard to get an order correct, especially when it's the same thing each time. It's not hard.

  Could not get waited on so no food! Staff were milling around and not taking orders. Drive thru full and lobby full. People kept leaving without food. Terrible terrible place. STAY AWAY! Food score 82!!!!

  This McDonald's has really stepped up as of late and very consistent with great food, and service! Very much recommend.
