  I was celebrating my birthday today and when asked by my husband where I wanted to go…..I said Jefferson’s!! Love their wings and the funnel cake fries are to kill for!!

  Madi and Mikayla were very pleasent and had great personality. They helps us celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday with a dessert and singing and made sure my 4 year old granddaughter got an ice cream sandwich and didn't feel left out.

  I had such a great experience at Jefferson’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Maddy! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so taken care of without it feeling forced—she truly went above and beyond. Our food came out quickly, everything was spot on, and Maddy checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and great energy honestly made the whole experience even better. If you go to Jefferson’s, definitely ask for Maddy—you won’t be disappointed! We’ll absolutely be back.

  After hearing so many recommendations, we decided to finally try Jefferson’s in Carrollton, especially since we live just a few minutes away. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing considering all the hype. Our server seemed completely high on something and struggled to keep track of our order. When we placed our order, we clearly mentioned items we wanted excluded, yet they still showed up in the food. At the same time, the items that we wanted included which was part of the dish was not there. When questioned, she asked if we want them. Clearly not focused in the job. If a sandwich says homemade ranch but it’s not on the plate and didn’t ask to exclude, I have rights to ask why it’s not there. Don’t ask if I want it or not. We also ordered everything at the beginning, including appetizers, but after bringing our drinks the server came back and asked if we wanted appetizers because the food might take a while. That made it pretty clear she didn’t remember our order. The food itself was another disappointment. It tasted dry, stale, and not fresh, almost like leftovers that had been sitting out. My sandwich was supposed to come on Martin’s potato buns, but it definitely wasn’t. I buy Martin’s potato buns regularly and know exactly how they taste and feel — this bun was flat and completely tasteless. No ranch dressing like it should have included in the dish..tasteless. Overall, the service and food quality didn’t live up to the reputation. Our first experience here was pretty frustrating and skeptical to come back because we wasted $80 for horrible food and service.
