  We sometimes come to this Papa John when we're in carrollton. We placed an order for pick up, forgot to add that we wanted extra sauces. We were helped by a worker named Tori (hopefully that's how it's spelled), and we asked her for the sauce we forgot to add to our order. She was rude, grabbing the sauce for us, but just being rude towards us. She told us that next time we have to add it to the order, which is totally fine, we get it, and she aggressively grabbed it from the bucket, threw it into a bag, and aggressively tossed it onto the counter. Afterwards, she said, and I quote, "I'm so tired of giving out free shit." and she said it very aggressively too. She could've told us, yes but it'd be blank amount, charged us for it. She could've said no, quite literally anything else but get aggressive and rude over some sauce. She clearly needs to be retrained on customer service, coming from me, my fiancé and our friend who all work in a high stress customer service.

  Two words: hair nets. I work in food service and run a restaurant and would never allow that much beard hair or hair on your head...ever...gotta net it. Product is good...fix the hair issue.

  It's Papa John's. If you've ate at one you've ate at them all. The quality's good and the leftover pizza is always better.

  Order the large thin crust with two toppings for half off it tasted delicious. Oh yeah get the special sauce it's garlic and butter.
