  Horrible experience. Waited around 15 minutes to be seated. Not the worst, but after ordering it was almost an hour before we got our food. Went for at least 20 minutes at one point without seeing our server. Ask for a manager again about a 15 minute wait and of course, no real apology just excuses. Personally, I will not come back as this is not my first bad experience here.

  The food is always good. However, the past several times we have been has take an hour from the time we sat down until we got our food.

  After hearing so many recommendations, we decided to finally try Jefferson’s in Carrollton, especially since we live just a few minutes away. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing considering all the hype. Our server seemed completely high on something and struggled to keep track of our order. When we placed our order, we clearly mentioned items we wanted excluded, yet they still showed up in the food. At the same time, the items that we wanted included which was part of the dish was not there. When questioned, she asked if we want them. Clearly not focused in the job. If a sandwich says homemade ranch but it’s not on the plate and didn’t ask to exclude, I have rights to ask why it’s not there. Don’t ask if I want it or not. We also ordered everything at the beginning, including appetizers, but after bringing our drinks the server came back and asked if we wanted appetizers because the food might take a while. That made it pretty clear she didn’t remember our order. The food itself was another disappointment. It tasted dry, stale, and not fresh, almost like leftovers that had been sitting out. My sandwich was supposed to come on Martin’s potato buns, but it definitely wasn’t. I buy Martin’s potato buns regularly and know exactly how they taste and feel — this bun was flat and completely tasteless. No ranch dressing like it should have included in the dish..tasteless. Overall, the service and food quality didn’t live up to the reputation. Our first experience here was pretty frustrating and skeptical to come back because we wasted $80 for horrible food and service.

  Kailah our server was amazing! The GM, Garrett was friendly and really showed pride in his team and operation! Facility was clean and the food was wonderful. First time customer but will definitely return!!!

  Nice dining experience on the porch at Jefferson's tonight. I had the delicious Mushroom Swiss burger & the side choices are nice. Our server Moriah was very attentive & helpful.
