  Will never go here again. We were visiting family from out of town and took our grandson to get donuts. Our whole experience was terrible. So much i can’t explain. When I returned to my sons and told him about it he said “Mom, it’s awful. I could have told you not to go there. I won’t ever again.

  I asked for my bagel not to be toasted at all, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime I have made this request I end up with a Burt toasted bagel. You would think since they no longer put the cream cheese on the bagel that it would be easier for them to just put the bagel in a bag but I guess not

  Me and my mother got some donuts from here today and wow! Absolutely terrible! The donuts were small, dry, and sickly. Absolutely terrible!

  The black lady refused me because of my service dog and correctly claim my service dog is a pitbull, which doesn’t matter, cause even if she was Pitbulls can still be service dogs. I have all the right documentation which I do not have to provide, but I will provide a number the registration number and she told me she was going to call the police on me. I told her to go ahead and do it and not only the top of that, but I seen a rat in the kitchen

  I usually love this chain but I got gaslit about my donut order yesterday! I haven’t been to Dunkin' since they discontinued the butternut donut, but I know a few places still carry it. I asked if they still carried it, and they said they did! My boyfriend was driving and heard the exchange. When I get to the window, they give me 2 Brownie Batter donuts instead with my order. I ask the attendant about it and she said these were the “new butternut” and the “old butternut” was discontinued. I asked if she was sure that the chocolate-filled heart shaped seasonal donut was the butternut donut, and she said yes, this is the new one. If you make a mistake, just say so! I do not like the donuts I got and think it’s hilarious that she kept doubling down over something so silly and small. If you misheard me, say “I’m so sorry, would you like a different donut?”. It seems she just didn’t want to put any extra steps on her FitBit yesterday!
