  If I could give zero stars, I would. The last three visits have all been awful, and at this point I’ll gladly drive an extra 10 minutes just to avoid this location. The staff is consistently rude, orders are rarely made correctly, and I’ve been charged incorrectly more than once. On top of that, they sometimes refuse card payments and then can’t break a $100 bill making the whole experience even more frustrating. I also tried reaching out to corporate to file a complaint, but surprise no one answers or follows up there either. Extremely disappointing all around.

  This place is horrible they never make my coffee right EVER!!! Then on top of things my husband literally almost got arrested yesterday (03/31/2026) because of one of the girls was hysterically crying and my husband was trying to tell her everything was going to be ok, you know just talking to her like a normal citizen would, but anyways they proceed to make the coffee he pays for it he brings it out to me and guess what they literally got the coffee incorrect as always, so he goes back in to get my coffee fixed by a different person and bam two cops show up and start harassing my husband and he gets a no trespass because the girl said he touched her hand and he never touched her at all. So I will no longer be using this dunkin ever again.

  Unfortunately the music was turned up so loud it was almost impossible to hear anything from staff! Also how can they be out of creamer for coffee! Don’t plan on talking with anyone while in store!

  The staff at this location have very nasty attitudes, they all are just walking around moping about having to do their job meanwhile nothing is being prepared!

  Will never go here again. We were visiting family from out of town and took our grandson to get donuts. Our whole experience was terrible. So much i can’t explain. When I returned to my sons and told him about it he said “Mom, it’s awful. I could have told you not to go there. I won’t ever again.
