When we called they told us they were too busy to deal with us said they’d refund it in the morning and hung up on me. All I wanted was my food remade and sent to the right address

I have tried to even do the reward on the receipt and when you try to do it it gives you an error code. My receipt shows I ordered parm bites but got cinnamon things, the error code for the reward points. This was a delivery and the delivery man was very nice and sweet and that's why the service is 5 stars.
