  Ordered a large order last night , waited patiently.. paid cash, didn’t he the right milkshake and I was shorted 2 chicken sandwiches with no barbecue sauce… too late to go back … it’s not enough just to replace the food because you got kids that are hungry… hey, David, why don’t you mind your business instead of voyaging to Israel?

  My family and I come regularly, and we have never left satisfied. There has not been a time we have came and not had our order wrong, after waiting at least 10 minutes each time, while looking through the door and seeing some employees standing around. This location is not convenient enough for us to come back each time something is wrong with our order, which has just resulted to us having a bad connection to this store. The staff has never been blatantly rude but the atmosphere doesn’t feel welcoming, and nobody has ever treated us how you would expect a Chick-fil-a to treat its customers in general. The food tastes like Chick-fil-a would, when it is what you actually order. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but after just waiting almost 20 minutes for two nugget meals I am beyond fed up.

  The absolute worst Chick Fil A experience we've ever had. She didn't take the order right, the food was cold when it came out wrong. Sent back with correct specifications, sandwich cold again. New sandwich comes out and there is pickles which I didn't want. Finally 4 sandwiches later I got what I asked for. Only I was so irritated from the entire situation that I only ate half of it, and left. Won't be back to this location.

  I honestly don’t even know why I keep giving this Chick-fil-A chances when they literally never get my order right. Every single time I go, something is missing, something is wrong, or the food looks like it was just thrown together with no care at all. And on the rare occasion they do get the order correct, it somehow ends up being the saddest, most sloppy looking version of what I ordered. What makes it worse is I know better at this point. There are so many other locations that are 10x better than this one, but I keep going because it’s convenient on my way to work. And every time I pull away I regret it because I already know something is going to be wrong before I even open the bag. At some point this just comes down to training and management. Employees should be double-checking orders, and there should be some level of pride in the food being served. Chick-fil-A is known for customer service and accuracy, but this location completely misses the mark. It’s frustrating to spend money somewhere where you can’t even count on getting what you paid for. At this point, I really hope they improve their training and attention to detail because right now this is easily the most inconsistent and disappointing Chick-fil-A I’ve been to.

  I always come here but lately I've been getting not cooked chicken I'm highly upset seeing as I had a bad stomach condition and this kind of thing would make it hospitalization!!! I was told they can't control how long chicken cooks no matter if it's done or not basically it's a chance your food may not be done if so we remake but we send it out however it comes out!! That's not acceptable your job is to make sure the customer has done hot and fresh food and great service!! Someone needs to go back to the drawing board at headquarters and add extra time for chicken to be cooked!!! Everyone doesn't like half done food!! Everyone doesn't want to be sick! That's what temperature checks on meat is for in restaurants!!! Check your products before sending them out to your customers!!
