  I tried the gluten free bun for the first time. It was horrible. The texture was almost powdery. I was shocked when my sandwich came with the bun separate on a mobile order, meaning I had the messy job of building my sandwich on the go. I would imagine they do it that way so the bun doesn't disintegrate from the juices in the food. It certainly wasn't what I was expecting.

  Very disappointed in this new location. I received the wrong order and I am convinced the individual who handed me the bag knew it was the wrong meal as he took off the stickers from the bag and drink. I do not eat bacon and had to throw the sandwich away due to receiving the wrong order.

  First time with the new chick-fil-A on Us 27 needs better signage for drive thru. The young lady that took my order was coughing. The food was not warm, seems it was sitting there for awhile. For what you all charge the sandwich should be made fresh. Don't think I will be back

  This by far has to be the worse Chick-fil-A in Carrollton! The wait time is ridiculous, just for the food not to be fresh or even barely warm! It’s insane, you can talk to the managers and they act so nonchalant. I do not see this location staying open long at all!! I rather drive across town before I get ANY THING from this location!
