  Listen I love this Arby’s and so does my wife but the last 3 times I’ve ordered the french and Swiss i havent got the Au jus gravy. Went in the last 2 days and I thought “ima trust them to get that gravy” well truth be told I got home opened my bag and no gravy. Otherwise love the staff great people always welcomed when I come in. Gotta have the gravy

  My wife and I had not been to an Arby's in years. We've stopped in for dine-in last summer and had one of the best cashiers we've found in a fast food restaurant in years. We've been back maybe five times since then. We've not seen the same person, unfortunately. The other cashiers have been pleasant and efficient. The food has been good. We didn't go to Arby's very often, but it's definitely on our list to return.

  It's normally pretty good but I went after work today and the fries were way overcooked. Had that wonderful burnt flavor to them. It was obvious they redropped some fries that had been there for a while and left them down way to long. Accidents happen but the super dark brown color should have tipped off somebody in the kitchen. when you start having to pay 12 bucks for a damn combo the least they could do is cook it right.
