I order 2 Footlong Turkey subs and got about 3 slices of turkey on each sub. NEVER AGAIN! Atleast the store was clean

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. We placed a mobile order for two footlong subs while on a road trip and didn’t check the sandwiches until after we had already left.
Unfortunately, all 3 subs were made on bread that was extremely stale and burnt. The bread was so over toasted that it flaked apart everywhere, leaving crumbs all over our car and making the sandwiches nearly inedible. For something as basic as bread, this was really unacceptable.
We also used coupons with our order, which honestly made us wonder if that affected the quality of what we received. Regardless, customers should receive the same standard of food no matter how they order or pay.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and it’s frustrating to feel like we wasted money on food we couldn’t even enjoy.

The lady tonight that was serving us was so rude. It bothers me so much that people can be so rude and it's there job to help make subs and have respect. It's not that hard. I have worked in retail before I became a nurse and even during hard times I was never rude or lazy. It's not that hard to make a sub. A job is a job and at the end of the day you have to do YOUR job. Everyone in life has issues but it is what is it. Tonight was terrible. I want a refund!

I am so disgusted with this subway. We had coupons. But the girl who was serving us wasn’t willing to scan the coupons to see if they worked. She stated the coupons weren't working today. We went at 9 p.m., and she wasn’t even willing to try the coupon. When we walked in, she was on her phone talking. It’s ridiculous that you go into Subway and spend $41 on just two foot-long subs. If you’re gonna run a business, you need good employees. I have worked in a business, and I never did my Customers like that. The coupons were in date, and they had never been used. it’s the point that she didnt even try. I love going to subway but tonight has changed my mind I will not go back to this subway. and it was a simple task to scan the coupon just to even try, but no, she refused. I am very disappointed because I had coupons and the girl refused to scan them. I would’ve been OK and understood if they didn’t work, but it’s the point that she didn’t even scan them. Do better!
