  We had dinner today in the afternoon and it was really good. The bartender served on the tables around the bar area and he was nice, polite and fast. Other employees checked on us too, it was great to see team work as its best.

  Server was very rude we wasn't ask if we needed anything. The whole time. Had to get another server yo bring a refill. Ask separate checks waited almost 30 min he never b returned. Had to be somewhere. He was walking by when got up to leave. Rudely said I see you took care of it light green..I said got tried of waiting. All Ihe said have a 7 topper. Was treated as we didn't matter. I did leave a tip. That he didn't deserve. Outback was my favorite place to eat.before His bad when you pay that much for food and can't enjoy. Im still upset. I think I should have been treated better. Sorry for complaining I usually don't

  I ordered for three people take out. My order was bone in ribeye medium rare. It came back under rare. The same thing pretty much for a half pound burger. The blum'n chicken was fine along with the blum'n onion I called the manager (Vinny) and told him the problem I had & he comped the whole meal. I wasn't expecting it and he didn't have to do that but he did. Vinny is a great manager. Knows customer service and customer retention. Hats off to Vinny 🎩🙂

  We had a delicious meal, great server and everything was cooked to perfection! Change the country music change and you would refresh the brand

  Exceptional food choices. Takeout needs improvement. Always check your order before leaving because they can never get it right. Items missing or they can't distinguish between baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. No attention to detail by the staff. I have written many discrepancies yet management is not correcting. I get the I am sorry or can I give you a discount for the next time. I prefer to get what I ordered on line that is clearly written on the receipt that you give me. The food is very good. It is flavorful and good value for the money.
