- SPsamuel port1 day ago4.0The KIDS that work there are rude. Don't care and know nothing about customer service. They don't listen to your order and just give you your order. There is no would you like anything else, no thank you, nothing!!! That said my food was hot and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. So the kitchen staff is doing a great job, just not said for the KIDS who know nothing about manners and customer service at the front of the restaurant.
- DBDaniel BeckettMar 26, 20263.0Drive thru is the slowest I have ever encountered. I thought the Kennesaw location was terribly slow, it's actually quick compared to this one. Owner needs to negotiate with the shopping center to remodel like Chick-fil-A has their stores. Then hire and train the right staff to make eating here more enjoyable and efficient in the drive thru.

- ARAlina RidleyFeb 19, 20261.0I never leave reviews, but tonight's experience warrants it. It's McDonald's so my expectations aren't very high to begin with, but tonight's experience was terrible. First there was no ice cream which whatever, typical of McDonald's. It took me almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged in the drive thru. Then he couldn't hear anything I was saying, so I had to basically scream my order and then the worker coped an attitude with me and mocked me for ordering a happy meal. Then when I get to the 2nd widow, the guy threw my food at me. I asked if my sweet and sour sauce was in there and he said yes and slammed the windows shut. It was not in there so I had to tap on the window to grt his attention as he was in the middle of a conversation with his coworker. I don't expect 5 star service, but getting my happy meal thrown at me is not cool. It made it an unhappy meal.
