  ​I spend a lot of time eating out at all kinds of establishments due to my busy schedule, and I’ve always enjoyed the camaraderie of sitting at a bar. I am not one to complain or look for a free meal, but my most recent visit was hands down the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. ​I sat at the bar for about 30 minutes, right in front of the open kitchen. The entire time, a young employee and the manager were cleaning behind the register area together while loudly discussing how "nasty" the place was. I was trying to eat my meal while this was happening, but the display was so nauseating that I eventually had to stop. The manager stepped out onto the floor, and while she was gone, the employee continued wiping down behind the registers. She eventually held up a rag covered in black filth and showed it to the cooks through the pass-through window—right where food was sitting—loudly wishing the kitchen could "get this clean." ​She then called the manager back over and held the filthy rag out over the bar for her to see, effectively displaying it to the entire floor. Instead of stopping the behavior, the manager just nodded in agreement. I had intended to stay longer, but I chose to pay my bill and leave immediately because of the lack of hygiene and professionalism. ​When I paid, I told the manager directly that the display was unprofessional. She just nodded and said, "Yeah, I know," and offered nothing else. To be clear, I am not looking for any coupons, apologies, or free meals. I am posting this because I want the owner or upper management to address the lack of professionalism and the disregard for food safety standards. I enjoy the food here, but after this experience, I don’t know if I’ll be back.

  This franchise takes the cake for giving their customers the middle finger. After giving me a pizza that was very dry (hardly any sauce) even though I ordered it with "extra sauce", I was given the supreme runaround and told that the pizza was made with extra sauce and either I'm a liar or have no idea what I'm talking about. Blaming your internal problems on your customers sets a new bar lower than I could've imagined, so I will take my business elsewhere.

  workers here are rude and u will stand there . they wont greet you and will walk past you multiple times like you are invisible .

  Ordered a calzone, still hungry. So small. My fault I guess. Expected a 2016 sized calzone in 2026. Sad.
