  We never have a good experience here. The last time we tried, the order wasn't ready and my husband felt like they missed part of it but realized before giving him it. When we got home, the order was wrong. Toppings were wrong and one pizza looked like it had toppings removed and then the correct topping placed either mid cook or after, as the pizza was more done than the pepperoni. The personal pan pizza messed up had cheese missing from toppings obviously pulled off. I also ordered one as a pan pizza and received regular crust. The medium pizzas weren't cut at all. Overall, it absolutely sucked. We didn't even eat the medium pizzas. The online help is AI bots and said they would forward it to the store to contact us. I never heard back.

  Cold food, 30 min. Late, didn’t send complete order-called store & they would not refund what was missing-only offered credit or send out what was missing. They then sent out what was missing & it was wrong also. Never ordering Pizza Hut again.
