  Sam was an amazing server. He is very sweet and attentive, and he never let us miss anything at the table. He took care of us with so much kindness and made our experience wonderful. Thank you, Sam!❤️

  Outback has always been our Fav but our recent experience in Canton was quite a disappointment. It was a Birthday party for my 77 year old husband, party of 6. I don't usually leave reviews as we are not picky customers but my cocktail and my son's were not what we had ordered. We informed the waiter and was told, "whatever I put in the system is what was poured by the bartender". Your drinks are correct ! My son ordered a second one and the same error was repeated. Did not want to cause a commotion as was a birthday party, so we left it alone. My shrimp appetizer was uncooked, the breading was doughy on the inside. I will say for everybody else the food was good as usual. Back to the bar drinks, my husband tried to order several different brands, to be told "out of stock right now". His usual beer is Yuengling (don't carry anymore) so he was trying to find a similar but that was also a challenge. Usually is not a problem at most bars. Don't know what happened at this location for our special party..!! Looks like we will be looking for another steak house... Sam B, Canton GA

  They just couldn't get my rare steak properly cooked. It was amazingly well done. and the rest of the plated food I got was cold. Everyone else at the table was served and eating. Now the waiter was quick to remove the charge and offer up alternative meals but by the time anything else was made the rest of my party would have finished eating. mid meal thre lights were also dimmed. This was a friends meal, and romantic dinner, lighting wasn't required.

  I had initially had a reservation at a different restaurant for my mother’s surprise 60th birthday party and when we showed up the restaurant was closed for the day with no warning. We called Outback desperate to get in due to this and they were so accommodating with our party of 19. We spoke to the manager and she told us to come on and they’d have a table ready for us. Our server was great, the service was quick and efficient, food was very good and overall a great experience. Thank yall for being so accommodating!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son and I had a wonderful father-son dinner at Outback Steakhouse. The food was delicious, really well prepared, and everything tasted fantastic. I’ve ordered steaks at places like this before and often struggle to get my preferred doneness, usually it ends up too rare for my liking. Our waiter, Phillip, was super nice and went above and beyond to help. I told him I wanted medium, although I really like medium rare, and he came up with a great solution: he told the kitchen “medium rare plus,” and it came out perfectly. It made the meal that much more enjoyable. The steak could have used just a little more salt, but I completely understand they keep seasoning milder for everyone and provide salt at the table. Still, the food was really delicious, and the experience overall was fantastic. Phillip’s service and attention made this a memorable evening. My son and I had a great time and I’m looking forward to coming back.
