  Waited over 10 minutes at the drive thru to order and no one answered. Said hello 3 times and a lady got on the mic and “can you not do that”

  Ordered big mac, no pickles, no onions. Other stuff like burgers and drinks too. Long line, took about 10 minutes only though, in and out. Good food, no pickles, no onions. I hate pickles, and onions.

  Pulled into the right lane. Gentleman at the mike took three orders from the left lane, ignoring the right lane. I drove around the building and got in the left lane. A female was now on the mike. Told her that I needed the manager to know that the previous male was not taking orders from the right lane. I was polite about it, just wanting to inform the manager in case he needed training. She said "ok" and I gave her my order. When I got to the pay window the lady on the mike told me she was the manager. She said they were short staffed and the man was an "old guy and probably didn't know you were there". With an attitudinal tone and her back turned away from me she said, "Sorry you had to deal with that." I said "thank you" and drove onward to get my food. As I left the payment window that manager (who did not give her name) also walked away from her window. When I was handed the bag of food the manager was standing just slightly beyond the delivery window employee. Both of the containers of fries had been put into the bag upside down. I told the woman in the delivery window what had occurred previously and said "That was really rude and retaliatory (not to mention childish) to put the fries in upside down." The manager jumped in to say that "everything is done in stations..." The employee offered to get me more fries, but I declined with a "No thank you, I just want her (the manager) to know how rude and immature it was to dump the fries." The fact that the manager left her window leads me to believe it was her that dumped the fries or told an employee to do it. I was polite and spoke calmly the whole time. What started out as a not-angry customer leaving constructive feedback turned into a childish manager upsetting me enough that I made a formal complaint, something I rarely do. That manager (who never gave me her name) needs re-training! On a side note, I am also left wondering what was done to my sandwich, so I did not eat any of the food.
