  Love JimmyJohn s but this location smells bad, ice machine broken. I walked out before paying. Feels like I need a shower just from standing in there for few minutes. They told me it was the grease trap that was just cleaned. Every restaurant has one and I never smelled anything like this this.

  We have come to this locations several times in the last 2 years. Love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. However this location on Cumming Hwy has disappointed in the last 2 visits over the past 4 months or so. First time bathrooms out of order, fountain drink and ice machine down. Staff apologized and provided bottled drinks instead. Now today, fountain drinks and ice still down. It hasn’t worked for months according to staff and they can’t get anyone to pay attention to come fix it. They provided bottled drinks again. And my my regular sandwich was thin on all ingredients. Feel bad for the staff having to explain to everyone drinks still down. We will not be returning to this location anymore but will continue going to other locations.

  Haven’t visited Jimmy John’s in over seven years. But after leaving Northside hospital I decided to grab some food before heading back to the city of Atlanta. Order one of the new toasted Sicilian sandwiches. I also added lettuce tomato and oil and vinegar, and left off the mayo and tomato sauce. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy! It was perfectly toasted, not too hard but with a perfect crunch and the taste was magnificent. The staff told me that this was a limited time sandwich and I’m hoping that Jimmy John’s will be smart enough to add this to their permanent menu! The young lady who made my sandwich must’ve put the golden touch on it because it was perfect her name was Taylor! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and very lighthearted. It was a joy actually to stop in this place. Nothing better when you’re hungry than finding something that absolutely hits the spot and the people are happy to serve you without any attitude whatsoever. They actually seem like they were happy to be there. And so was I. If you live around this area I highly recommend stopping into this place in this location. If you’re visiting someone at the hospital and you want some good food this is a great place to stop in and get something fast but also delicious!
