- PPP.Oct 30, 20251.0Not sanitary. Soiled clothes on pizza prep line. An employee who was out smoking came back in before blowing the smoke out of her mouth. Lady used glove hand to wipe her nose. Brought it to the attention of the owner and she made excuses. Also, the pizza was undercooked. Avoiding at all cost.
