Some walked out. People that came in was told there was a very long wait and they turned around and left. When we did get our food the French fries were not hot. Not even warm. None of the tables were clean. The floor was greasy and wet. I have to use a cane and it was very slick. My daughter used napkins to try to clean the floor where we sat. Very bad experience. We will not go back to 5 Guys
