  Food was left out of my bag. Went back the next day and asked for a cold brew and it was literally half cold brew and half water. Either A. Dunkin is franchised and the owner is cheap or B. The staff is lazy

  This was on new years day I tried to get a 2am coffee I was left waiting at the drive through for almost 5-10mins waiting then I pulled up and saw a guy in there it was waving at him and honked my horn to get his attention and when I tried to ask him what was going on he look at me and shook his head no while doing a finger wave I was furious. He was just in there making free money without doing anything. Also, as I pulled forward towards the windows I saw a whole bunch of orders piled up on his screen as I was looking another person came up and he did the samething as he did to me and he was asking me if they were open and I said it should be open dunkin is 24hours a day and he was saying he had a Uber eats order to pick him and he just lost out on making some money because of that guy. Really unprofessional and he should get fired you know who you are...

  Not a big fan of this place. Parking lot is small. Difficult to deal with small lot and odd drive thru experience. Donuts seem to be old and dried out not fresh. And did not like the issue when I went thru Drive thru, got to service window, and got screen shoved in my face asking for a TIP. A TIP AT A SLOW DRIVE THRU WITH DRIED UP DONUTS. If these kids don't want to work for low pay get a real job. With the experience I had I do not plan on returning to this location any more.

  Absolutely disgusting! I went to get coffee and donuts in the drive thru. I see this guy wearing grey sweat pants behind the counter tying up a black trash bag. He comes over to the window WITHOUT washing his hands and attempts to take my card, but I stop him and ask "Are you going to wash your hands? You just handled trash." He didn't say anything just rolled his eyes, closed the window, walked away, washed his hands and did not return. Then I see plus size woman with black hair tying up another black bag of trash. She then comes to the window WITHOUT washing her hands and attempts to help me. I stop her and ask he4 "Are you going to wash your hands? You just handled trash." She looked at me like I just slapped her and sparkly responded "Fine I'll just let someone else handle you." Closed the window and walked away. She goes to the other guy, and does not wash her hands. The guy in great sweat pants finally comes back over to the window and takes my card and gives me my order. I attempted to call corporate, but they never called me back, so here I am writing this review. Absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting the health department about this. It is a health code violation to touch trash and not wash your hands immediately afterwards unless youre taking it outside to the dumpster. I refuse to come back to this location and I advise others NOT to go here. Their donuts are always stale anyways.
