To the dark haired caramel skinned female, who was operating the drive-through this morning who said “there’s nothing I can do about it“ that is unacceptable customer service and this is coming from a store leader in retail. There is a better way to have handled yourself. I’m beginning to think the long line through the drive-through this morning was due to her inability to remain professional and do her job appropriately. I pass two Dunkin’ Donuts and will continue to go to these Dunkin instead of this one thank you.

But the lines are literally always wrapped around the building, and the people. The team just seems to move super slow. The drive through is ridiculous. I don't know if they are paying attention to that. And even the customer service has gone down. I ordered food a couple of times and it was completely burned and I was told that that's how it's supposed to look. So I hope that this Location gets better
